Tony has been involved in the fast food industry for over 30 years. Prior to joining Henny Penny, he built and operated his own successful fast food chain of stores comprising of 11 outlets which in 1990 were sold. He also brings with him, experience and expertise from other facets of the food industry. Tony is well respected in the business community for his business acumen and his achievements.
Debbie has been involved in the fast food industry for over 25 years. She commenced her employment with Henny Penny as a casual junior staff member and worked her way through the ranks to gain the position of Area Manager for the Henny Penny chain. She has now been in this role for the past 14 years and is well respected in the business community for her extensive operational knowledge and experience.

Henny Penny began in 1968 when Steggles Poultry expanded their fresh poultry processing business into fast food. Henny Penny's quick service restaurants began offering dine-in, take away, and drive through facilities.
Henny Penny currently operates 14 outlets throughout the Hunter region. The company employs in excess of 300 people at any one time to operate this successful fast food chain. All outlets trade 7 days per week.

Henny Penny outlets sell freshly cooked fried chicken pieces, BBQ chickens, a variety of vegetables and a range of snack food items including chicken rolls, fillet and schnitzel burgers, wraps, nuggets, chips, etc. Our product range also includes fresh salads, desserts, beverages and other products. In addition to this, we also provide external catering with a variety of menu options available.
